ATHLETE PROGRAMS


 

ATHLETES DEVELOP THROUGH FOUR DIFFERENT PERFORMANCE LEVELS

With four levels of programs, athletes are placed in a program suitable for their fundamental, peak, elite and high-performance needs. Each level is specifically designed to target the special needs of an athlete based upon his or her developmental requirements. Using an athlete's goals, physical milestones, and regular testing protocols we determine the appropriate training program for that athlete.

Fundamental Performance Athlete = Fundamental and Learn to Train Stage
- Entry-level competitors aspiring to compete at the national level

Peak Performance Athlete = Train to Train and Learn to Compete Stage
- National competitors aspiring to be champions

Elite Performance Athlete = Train to Compete and Learn to Win Stage
- National medalists aspiring to compete internationally

High Performance Athlete = Train to Win Stage
- International competitors aspiring to compete at the Olympic level
